Returns within 30 Days:
If you are dissatisfied with your product for any reason within the first 30 days of purchase, you may return it for a store credit, exchange or full refund.
Requesting a Return:
To inquire about returning a product, contact us at support@biovea.net and provide your name, order number and a brief description of the problem. We will send you complete instructions on how to return your package.
Please be aware that we cannot accept return merchandise that arrives without an RMA number. Also, please note that store credits cannot be processed until we have received your returned merchandise. Postage for shipment of returns is the responsibility of the customer, however, we will refund the original postage and packing costs and there are no restocking fees. Please note that credit card refunds may take a full billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement.
