1. BY BANK OR CREDIT CARD DIRECTLY ON OUR WEBSITE

Payment is secured online by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) 128 bit encryption, considered the highest standard in protection for information transmitted via the internet. Your credit card number and personal information are completely protected. This form of payment is the most convenient and guarantees the fastest delivery time.

INSTRUCTIONS:
• To order using your credit or payment card, simply click on the product you want on the website and add the item to your shopping cart.
• In order to proceed to the final payment page, you must be in the Shopping Cart and click Proceed to Checkout.
• Enter your dispatch and invoice information, choose your method of payment (in this case it would be VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro or Switch/Solo) and click Continue
• Select a card type from the drop-down list of credit cards and enter your details (see below for more specific information on entering credit card details).

VISA & MASTERCARD:
• For a valid transaction, please ensure that you input exactly 16 digits.
• Also, please be certain that you have entered the correct expiry date.

AMERICAN EXPRESS:
• For a valid transaction, please ensure that you input exactly 15 digits.
• Also, please be certain that you have entered the correct expiry date.

SWITCH and SOLO:
• The Card Number is the large number across the card containing 16-19 digits.
• Do not enter the smaller numbers at the bottom centre of the card.
• Be certain to enter the correct Expiry Date of the card.
• Enter the Issue Number as it reads on the card, including any zeros.
• If the card does not have the Issue Number, please enter the Start Date.
• If the card has both an Issue Number and Start Date, please enter both fields as they appear on the card.

2. BY CHEQUE WITH AN ORDER FORM

You can also order by cheque by mail. Simply follow the same procedure as above but choose the “Pay by Cheque” option as your preferred method of payment during the checkout process and follow the instructions.

6. BY BANK TRANSFER (FROM YOUR BANK TO OURS)

INSTRUCTIONS
To order by Bank Transfer, simply go through the checkout process as you normally would when placing a credit card order, but instead choose the "Bank Transfer" option as your payment method (on the page where you fill in your address information).

CUSTOMERS MUST MAKE THE TRANSFER
Contact your bank and request a bank transfer of funds to our bank. The funds must be in British Pounds and equal to the total amount of your order. Make sure to follow the specific instructions during the checkout process.

IMPORTANT: You must include your order number as a reference.

NOTE: Customers are responsible for any and all bank fees associated with this form of payment.
