ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES:


Step 1: Order Processing

Most orders are processed the following working day, depending on product availability. Orders are then dispatched the next working day.

Step 2: Order Dispatch and Delivery Time

Delivery time is usually 5-9 working days AFTER your order has been processed and dispatched, depending on the speed of the postal service. Orders are sent by regular mail.

Note: Holidays and weekends are NOT counted as working days. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are typically processed on Monday.

ORDER STATUS:

We are happy to offer customers the means to check the status of an order directly on the website. Simply click on the "Order Status" link in the Customer Service box on the lower left of the page and enter the requested information. This will allow you to see if and when your order has been received, processed and/or dispatched.

You can even edit your dispatch address if your order has not yet been processed.
We are unable track packages once they have been dispatched from our facilities.

How much does Postage and Packing cost?

Postage and packing (P&P) is always free for ALL orders over £29.00 to anywhere in the world. P&P is only £2.50 for all orders under £29.00


Will my order be dispatched discreetly?

All orders are packaged and dispatched discreetly without any indication of contents or our company name on the package. That means you don’t have to worry about compromising your privacy.


What is the email response time?

It is our goal to respond to any customer service inquiries within 24 hours (weekends and holidays excluded).


What are the shipping limits?

We can only dispatch to the countries available in the drop-down list in the shopping cart during checkout. We do dispatch to all EU countries.
